Dance Your Way is an inclusive dance workshop designed to support:
• Moving and being active
• Building confidence
• Making friends and feeling connected
• Expressing yourself through dance

It’s for children, young people and adults with disability and is delivered in a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where everyone belongs.

NDIS Information (Important)

• Participants who are self-managed or plan-managed may choose to use their NDIS funding where the support aligns with their individual plan goals.

• We are not an NDIS-registered provider. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can choose to purchase supports from non-registered providers.

• Participants who are NDIA-managed will need a registered provider and unfortunately won’t be able to use funding for this event.

If you’re unsure, we recommend checking in with your plan manager or support coordinator first, as they determine whether supports align with your individual NDIS plan.

Payment & Invoices

• Tickets are purchased and paid for upfront, just like any other event.

• After booking, families can request a Standard Tax Invoice including ABN and service dates.

• This can be submitted to your plan manager or through the NDIS portal for reimbursement.

• Participants are responsible for confirming funding suitability with their plan manager or support coordinator.

• Payment of tickets does not guarantee NDIS reimbursement.

About the Day

Dance Your Way is delivered by Aussie Dance Tours (ADT), bringing positive, high-energy dance experiences to communities across the Gold Coast and Queensland.

This all-abilities program has been created especially for dancers with disability and is all about confidence, movement, having fun, and feeling supported.

Dance Your Way is a recreational community workshop and does not replace therapeutic or clinical supports.

A Few reminders!

• NDIS participants are welcome.

• Aussie Dance Tours (ADT) is not an NDIS-registered provider.

• Invoices will be available on request and Plan-managed and self-managed participants may choose to claim funding where appropriate to their individual plan.

Eligibility for NDIS funding is determined by participants and their plans. Attendance does not guarantee reimbursement.
