    • Sponsors will be promoted alongside the choreographer they sponsor through all media and website associated with ADT.

Sponsorship Benefits:

In exchange for the Sponsorship Fee, the Event Organiser agrees to provide the Sponsor with the following benefits:

The right to use the Event name and logo for marketing purposes.

The Sponsor's logo and name prominently displayed on all
marketing materials and promotional items related to the Event.

The opportunity to distribute promotional materials at the
Event.

The Sponsor's logo and name included in all press releases
related to the Event.

Use of Name and Logo:

The Sponsor acknowledges that the Event Organiser is the owner of all rights, title and interest in and to the Event name and logo. The Sponsor agrees to use the Event name and logo solely for the purposes of promoting the Sponsor's participation in the Event and in accordance with the Event Organiser's guidelines.

The approved organisation must have Public Liability Insurance and provide a valid certificate of currency that is current during the dates of the event if attending.

The general terms and conditions of the event you attend also apply.
