Aussie Dance Tour effectively places your name before the public as an organisation that is paramount in the dance industry. The Expo will be promoted throughout the whole of Australia through a diverse marketing campaign and all exhibitors will be listed on the website and social media.

  • The Marketing Campaign will include:

    • A public relations campaign involving our sponsors, local media that will place it predominantly on the Gold Coast Event calendar.
    • Extensive digital marketing campaign.
    • Local radio ads prior to the event in conjunction with PR interviews and coverage.

    • A strong social media presence and community engagement to spread word of mouth.

The booth must be staffed at all times, preferably by 2 people on each day of the expo

The setting up of the booth is up to the exhibitor and all equipment supplied by the exhibitor (Tables are available upon request)

The booth may only promote services represented by the approved organisation

The booth is not to be shared with any other organisation

The booth or table cannot be cancelled once it has been accepted and payment received.

The approved organisation must have Public Liability Insurance & provide a valid certificate of currency that is current during the dates of the Expo

*Pricing is for all three days of the exhibition and booth must be occupied full time on each day by the organisation.
