    • Design that encourages flows and foot traffic no forcing, just natural curiosity.
  • Quick Booth Essentials:

    • Your booth (staffed all three days) should ideally have two friendly faces greeting people.
    • Bring your own setup tables and extra gear are yours, but just ask if you'd like tables provided.
    • Only your organisation’s services or products should be represented, and a booth must be occupied at all times.
    • Once confirmed and paid, your booth is locked in no cancellations allowed.
    • Make sure you're covered with Public Liability Insurance. Just have your current certificate handy.

View Exhibition Terms and Conditions

The booth must be staffed at all times, preferably by 2 people on each day of the expo

The setting up of the booth is up to the exhibitor and all equipment supplied by the exhibitor (Tables are available upon request)

The booth may only promote services represented by the approved organisation

The booth is not to be shared with any other organisation

The booth or table cannot be cancelled once it has been accepted and payment received.

The approved organisation must have Public Liability Insurance & provide a valid certificate of currency that is current during the dates of the Expo

The general terms and conditions of the event you attend also apply.

*Pricing is for all three days of the exhibition and booth must be occupied full time on each day by the organisation.
